I/We hereby apply for membership of HTOA and agree to pay a one-time non-refundable admission fee of Rs.1,00,000/- and Rs.15,000/- towards Annual Membership Fee for the first year.
OR
I/We hereby apply for ordirnary membership of HTOA and agree to pay a one-time non-refundable admission fee of Rs.25,000/- and Rs.15,000/- towards Annual Membership Fee for the first year.
I/We understand that the Annual Membership Fee is payable every financial year (i.e. 1st April to 31st March) as decided in the Annual General Meeting of HTOA.
I/We have read and understood the Bye-laws and the Memorandum & Articles of Association and hereby agree to abide by the rules and regulations mentioned therein.
I/We understand that HTOA reserves the right to accept/reject our request for membership of HTOA if it is found that any of the above information provided by me/us is found to be incorrect or non-adherence to the rules and regulations as set out in the Bye-laws and Memorandum & Articles of Association of HTOA.
